I was hired by The Getty Museum, on behalf of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, to document the construction of Walt Disney Concert Hall by Frank Gehry.

Collaborating with the LA Times, the Music Center and The Getty Research Institute, in the span of 3 years, I took more than 10,000 photographs using both medium and large format film cameras. A selection of these images are now archived at the museum.

Many of the photos were published in magazines and newspapers all over the world, such as The Times UK, L’Architecture d’Aujourd’hui France, Newsweek, Times Magazine Asia, D – La Repubblica, Los Angeles Magazine, Symphony Magazine, Surface Magazine, Angelenos Magazine, Chrysler Magazine, Performances Magazine, Where LA, LA Now and many more.

And eventually I published a book on this project, titled “OP/2 Opera Progetto: Frank Gehry’s Walt Disney Concert Hall”
